Description: A round table discussion on People with Disabilities and, Digital Economies, Rural Livelihoods, Inclusion & Participation was held on 16th September 2017. This was organized as part of EHRC and CITAPP’s ongoing collaboration with the Disability NGOs Alliance (http://www.disabilityngosalliance.org), Srishti Institute of Art, Design & Technology (http://srishti.ac.in/) and Azim Premji University (http://azimpremjiuniversity.edu.in)

CITAPP at IIIT Bangalore is an interdisciplinary think-tank set-up to focus on the policy challenges and the organizational demands made by technological innovation. Of particular interest to the Centre is how technological advances, along with institutional changes that harness the legitimacy and the powers of bureaucracies and market, address the needs of underserved communities.
