About the event

CITAPP completes 10 years in 2022! As we reflected on our journey of the past decade, we found a recurring theme: the breaking of boundaries. In its research, pedagogy, practice and outreach, CITAPP has broken disciplinary boundaries and also crossed organisational boundaries to work with academics, industry, civil society and policymakers. That’s why Def(in/y)ing Boundaries seemed like an apt theme for our 10th year celebrations!

Def(in/y)ing Boundaries will celebrate innovative work at the intersection of digital technologies and society, and spread awareness about CITAPP’s research and academic programmes. The event will consist of panel discussions, an opportunity to view shortlisted responses to our Open Challenge and a chance to interact with CITAPP faculty and students about their research and academic programmes at the institute.
