has been awarded a four-month Public Scholar fellowship by The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, Chennai to study BharatNet, a Government of India initiative to support rural broadband connectivity in the country. This policy initiative by the Indian government is the largest rural connectivity project of its kind in the world. The fellowship will run from May 2016 to August 2016.
